Hey guys, do any of you knows the best why to find a male Nutricionist or a Dietitian, I was thinking about getting a Personal Trainer but must of them are not certified as Nutricionist or Dietitian. I have been working out for several years now and I think I am good shape, so I have been told, but I would like to improve my eating habits plus I would like to really know what kind of food do good for my body since we all very different. So, can any of you help with this.
