I need a little advice, i got a frined and these are her stats.... she just hired a personal trainer and i told her imo.. i hate personal trainers ... they tell you the obvious.... and she told me what he said to her... the obvious... eat lean meats/stay away from candy/food with high sugars/ eat complex carbs... etc... and shes paying him 140 a month for 2 one hour sessions of weight training.. but anyways... i just wanted to see what kind of advice i could get for her here.. thanks
