    Please Critique!!!!!!!!!!!

    Im trying to add mass to my arms especially, they are lagging behind my major muscles throwing off my proportion: my measurements are
    chest: 46.5"
    arms: 16.25
    waist: 36
    shoulders: 54.5

    M: chest
    T: Back/bi
    W:legs
    TH:shoulders/tri
    Friff
    Sat: arms
    Sunff

    first of all you need to post height and weight and maybe some pics so we can see what you look like and i would recomend not training 4 days in a row take a day off inbetween
