Question RESULTS?!?! German Volume Training a.k.a. GVT, Ten Set Method

I searched through the all the old post but no one has talked about specific results they have seen. Kind of anal when it comes to my workouts.

I would like to know if most people are going the full SIX weeks or cutting the program short after their body's adapt?

What kind of gains have you seen in the time frame performed?

Are you continuing the program or are you changing programs after the recovery phase?

Are you performing one set per body part or doing a second exercise at 3x10-12?

Thanks for talking it up...looking forward to the responses.

Damn...no one has anything to contribute?

Also wondering about recovery time on a cycle? I like getting in the gym M-F. Would putting two small workouts in on the off days be too much?

GVT is awsome for mass gains. As long as you are making steady increases in the weight you use everytime. When you are no longer making gains in the weights used stop. Also make sure you use the proper timing. 5 seconds up 5 seconds down on every rep. One bad thing is that when you get done your max and regular strength when you go back to normal reps is way down. I liked the DC training method much better because I did not lose my strength. But GVT was still very good to me. Gets real boring though.
