    Not to my knowledge bub.

Lactic acid isn't the only cause of soreness....

Day after? Well lactic acid gets removed within 2hrs after the lifting. Just so You know
    Gotta be something else.
What do You mean by "feeling sick" ? What is wrong ?

Hmmm, day after a intense leg workout I just feel sore, bit hard to walk, feel like I am drained, somewhat weak. So pretty normal. That's about it.
    Sorry man.

This would be a sign that your intensity or volume is too much, its your CNS thats taking a toll and causing you to feel nauseous the next day,

Ill even bet that if you train the next day your workouts feel like microwaved dog shyt.

Id reduce either the volume or intensity a tad and deff take the next day or even two days off, I know the feeling, its one thing to be sore or a bit tight but feel pumped/great but its another to feel like sleeping or crying.
