Deadlifts stress a lot of your muscles but I bet your form has to do with why your triceps work harder than they should.

Ok, but answear this for both of us, I know deads dont target tris, but the next day my tris also feel a bit sore but its where they insert into the upper shoulder/back, Is this just my lats being sore all the way to where they insert into the shoulder and for some reason they feel like my tris are sore

or am I flexing my arms to much during deads and my tris really are sore?

I do bent rows, db rows, Nautilus leverage pulldowns (Sim to hammer strength pulldown) and a cable or machine row.

not doing much for lats right now cause Im working on ***th instead of width.

    Really? you think so?

personally, i feel deadlifts in my entire body.....

I do triceps the same day i do deads, doesnt every muscle in your upperbody basically at minimum contract isometrically

I have had deadlifts make almost every muscle in my body sore, forearms, lats, lower back, traps, hamstrings, gluts, and quads, but never tris.
