Here's my dilema. I work 24hrs on and 48hrs off, with occasional overtime in between. I can't seem to come up with a schedule that will allow me to be in the gym the same amout every week. (Until my station gets a gym set up.) I do the occasional push-ups, pull-ups, crunches when I'm on shift, but need a weekly routine. I know this is a "thats your problem, not mine" sort of thing, but just wondering if anyone else has the same problem.![]()
