Help with schudule
Here's my dilema. I work 24hrs on and 48hrs off, with occasional overtime in between. I can't seem to come up with a schedule that will allow me to be in the gym the same amout every week. (Until my station gets a gym set up.) I do the occasional push-ups, pull-ups, crunches when I'm on shift, but need a weekly routine. I know this is a "thats your problem, not mine" sort of thing, but just wondering if anyone else has the same problem.

i would rather be wanting to get huge.....i would quit and find a job with hours that suit you.....just my 2 cents

To the OP, i assume by your name and hours youre a firefighter/EMT? I would just pump hard on your off days. Most people dont require the gym everyday as it would lead to overtraining. Your body NEEDS to rest so if youre 24 on, 48 off just go on your off days?

How many days a week do you work like 3?
