    hypertrophy specific training

my teacher turned me on to this training mode.its volume training. for me its high volume.the point is to put a shit load of stress on the body so it will produce more gh. hormones are produced at a as need basis.i train 2 body parts eod. 5-6 exercise big muscles, 3-4 smaller muscle. 6-8 sets at 75%-85% one rep max. shit drains me.

anyone else know more about hst? id love to know more cuase there is much more info to learn.im still researching.

reps, sets, and recovery determine hypertrophic exercises. and what hormones are you talking about taht are only produced as an "as needed basis"?
