    New workout routine

Hi guys, was thinking of stocking up my routine since the one I'm on kinda sucks.

Was thinking of doing 5 days a week with breaks on wednesday and saturday (the opening time in my gym is horrible on saturdays and i kinda cant make it to gym on wednesday)

anyways, I was thinking of splitting it up like this:

    chest - shoulders - arms (bi & tri) - back - legs

but I was wondering what order would be the best one?

    Starting this tomorrow btw.

    Thanks in advance..

Yeah, I do abs on my back day and sometimes on my leg day if I've got nothing better to do. And I always include calves in leg days.. dont really need to work them out more cause my calves are actually my "strong point" (which is quite wierd..)

someone posted up this split recently, and I started using it, and I'm liking it alot so far.

its very similar to yours, but its a 4day split:

    chest
    legs
    rest
    shoulders/tri
    rest
    back/bi
    rest

    repeat

i'm really liking this split, and I'd recommend it, I wish I could remember whose it was so i could give them some props, hah.

INM your split doesn't look bad but you can do two body parts a day to save a trip to the gym..but that is entirely preference and up to you...

here is my split just incase you were wondering...

    chest/tri
    back/bi
    legs
    delt/trap

that is my current split, i don't have them on set days but i run it on that order, i usually do my chest/tri then back/bi the next day, then i will rest a day, then i will do my legs hardcore, rest next two days, then my traps and delts

i hit my whole body in 3 days, but your split can be just as effective so good luck!
