Question Newbi light weight would apreciat suggestions on routine for bulking?

Im trying to gain signifigant mass and Im worried that I'm not getting the most out of my time. My arms and chest are kind of falling behind my shoulers back and traps. I would be greatfull if some of you more experianced guys could give me some work out plans to consider

Not sure how I should break up muscle groups or if I should do one more times a week than the others

Is it better to always seperate everything or just do a lot of compound movements as far as bulking gos like squat, upwright row, bench, military

    currently I do

    Monday: Shoulder&Back
    Tuesday:Chest&Arms
    Wensday:Rest
    Thursday:Legs
    Friday:Core

    Hieght:5'8"
    Weight:175
    Fat:cant remember somewhere between 21-27

and what about cardio while bulk training?

yes your diet is important but chest and arms in one day imho you may want to look at your routine.

your split is just really a bad idea. a good idea suggestion would be this

    monday- chest/tris
tuesday-cardio...get your ass on a machine in the morning
    wednesday-back'bis
    thursday-cardio morning
    friday-shoulders/legs
sat and sun get your ass up and do cardio in the morning

    ex monday workout

chest- 1 workset incline b.b.....1 workset hammer press......1 workset flat dumbell press.........i workset close grip bench.............1 workset skull crushers

    ex back day

2 sets deadlifts........1 workset barbel rows......1 workset lat pull downs......1 workset hammer pulldowns.....1 set barbell rows

protein- whole food, pound it down, 1.5-2 grams protien per poiund bodyweight
