Question Cardio on empty stomach bad idea?

Did a search on google "cardio on empty stomach" and about every single article I read says that cardio on an empty stomach is a very bad thing because its so catabolic. I'm currently on my second cycle and taking Test Prop,Tren Ace, and Var, would this cardio on an empty stomach even matter to me because of the anti-catabolic effects of the roids, mainly looking at Tren's ability to be super anti-catabolic.

I usually do my cardio after my weight training. I drink my PWO shake while I run/ride/glide whatever...

On Sundays (cardio/Abs only)... I drink a Meal replacement shake with a banana and a sugar free red bull about 45-minutes before i hit the gym. I do my Ab work, and then I do some intense cardio for about 45mins. I have never had an issue.

If I were trying to lose weight, I would probably run on an empty stomach.

^^ why not wait a bit to have your PWO shake since the sugar/carbs (assumeing) will decrease lipolysis?

    same thing with the banana,

If it works for you then who cares, right? just throwing that out there.

I guess I never really gave it much thought. I have always took down my PWO shake right after weight training.

I just recently included a cardio routine into my training, so I guess I just never really considered holding off on the shake until after the cardio.

Do you know where I can find more info on lipolysis?

Cardio on an empty stomach is perfectly fine so long as you do not let your heart rate get too high. At about 60-65% of MHR, I have found no better way to speed up a cutting phase.

Well, there is a ton on here, just gotta dig. But ususally what happens is that the intake of carbs, especially high gi which you may or may not have in your shake spikes your insulin , insulin acts as a switch, it turns storage on and fat burning off.

If your diet is sound, and you either eat a meal before training or a shake before you shouldnt have a prob with muscle/being catabolic doing cardio after weight training,

I guess if you were really paranoid do just protein or BCAA's pwo and before your morining carido instead of the mrp with banana etc etc, then you can eat a full meal or PWO shake after cardio.

I agree, the only diff is I take in BCAA's or a scoop of pro. with my fat burner of choice 45 min prior.
