push pull leg push pull ? what do you guys think of this routine?
well, as you can tell im switching up my routine after years of 5x5 training because now i think i want something more advanced and geared towards what i want anyway
mon : push - chest, tri's , shoulders
tues: pull -back, bi's,
wed : legs
thurs: (same as mon.)
fri: (sames as tues)
hitting each muscle group twice a week, using a 3x10 format, and legs pyramid trained hard once a week
what do you guys think of this workout ?

no days off. i would put in a rest day before legs.

Do not train the day after legs!

do you guys think its better to take a day off after or before legs ?

ya man i was going too, but i thought it was to weak and i revised it a little. let me know how it goes tho man, im looking for more of a better size gaining workout, it seems like hst is more for fat loss due to the high reps.
