well, as you can tell im switching up my routine after years of 5x5 training because now i think i want something more advanced and geared towards what i want anyway
mon : push - chest, tri's , shoulders
tues: pull -back, bi's,
wed : legs
thurs: (same as mon.)
fri: (sames as tues)
hitting each muscle group twice a week, using a 3x10 format, and legs pyramid trained hard once a week
what do you guys think of this workout ?
