I am looking to only burn fat and not alot of muscle I am 26 6'2 233 about 20% body fat I know my target heart rate for fat burning is around 125 bpm but on a empty stomache and with the ECY stack I take in the morning before I go I get my Heart rate to around 160 at 3.5 mph and 4.0 incline on the treadmill for 40min. My question is should I lower my heart rate or should I just stay at 160bpm. I lift in the afternoon after work so I am just doing cardio and looking to burn as much damn F A T possible.
