training while sick????????
I never really asked a large group like this.I have always trained With a cold flu what ever. Is this the right thing to be doing?

I would say no on this as training releases cortisol and can lower your immune system quit drastically letting the virus really kick in and do its work.
rest up and recover Is what i always say.

I just up the vit c and keep hitten it. Unless its the flu...then no training at all.

maybe if you have a light head cold/allergy's then do a light session and up you cardio a bit,

Cool just a regular ol head cold I never stop no matter what any way. I work though injuries the hole nine yards. I just really enjoy workin out. Helps calm my mind. I got lot's of static in my attic

I usually take a few days off as much as I hate to. You will come back stronger. But if you must train then cut the workouts in half. If you have a fever though, forget it. You have to give it a rest.
