What Would You Suggest?
I've been following one of Arnold's Workouts for quite some time now and would like something new... I feel like I'm not moving up as much in the weights and I want to shock my body with something else... I'm doing one of his workouts which consists of 5 sets and works the body out twice a week (4 days in the gym a week)... Anyone have any good workout plans that are tough and mainly free weights (I hate cables)?

Doc.sust has posted a bunch of great powerlifting programs as well, If your into that sorta thing.

Try something totally diff from arnolds and do a form of hit or MAX-OT, I can give you more if you'd like just shoot me a pm.

Try German Volume Training if you want a shock! I have been doing it now for 3 weeks. I thought it was a joke when it said 60% 1RM. It has been giving me some of that subtle soreness that lets you know you are working but not overtraining.
I did a post a few weeks ago asking for opinions, but no one really responded with anything insightful.
