    fullbody workout please critique

I'm 6ft 210 about 15%bf I was doining a 4 day split but want to go back to old school fullbody workouts I feel the are very under rated and the only reason I dont do them is because they are not popular

    mon-wend-fri
    bench 5x5
    reverse grippulldown3x10
    squat 3x3-10

I know this looks brief but I am talkining all out ball bustining work
also if I throw a few extra sets of say delt,bi,tri work at the end of work out do you think Id overtrain this looks simple but Im in college for exercise science and this is extremly well thought out

Full-body workouts sux..Your CNS will be hosed by the time you finish squats.

that's your opinion, he's only doing 11 total sets per workout. You don't think one's CNS is taking a beating with some of these 4 exercise/bodypart, 40 total set split routines you see posted here all the time. Your CNS is not going to be overtrained in one workout as you imply after finishing squats. CNS fatigue and overtraining is cumlative over weeks.

So what about the success alot of people have on the 5x5 type programs.

Chess, your workout doesn't look bad, you may want to incorporate some additional exercises to rotate in. Look at some of the 5x5 programs if you're going to stick with that type of setup.

What's in the 4th day? What is your goal from this exercise? It can't be bodybuilding goals. I think it's too much and too little. Let me explain, doing squats 3xweek is way too much, I do squats I need a week to recover. Also, I like to hit every body part and with that work out you neglect a lot of your body. However, you and I likely have different goals so if it works for you stick with it.
