that is alot of sets you may want to add another day and go 2 on 1 off say do legs by themselves that way your not hitting the same bodyparts as often give your muscles more time to recover but thats my opinion there may be better ones come your way

what are your stats? everyones recovery time is different. some people work out 6 days a week, no problem. you might be one of them.
    here you go.

its really not that much only 4 exercises for chest, 5-6 for triceps, 4-5 for back, 4 for back, 4 for legs, 5 for shoulders. And i give each muscle 4 days of rest while on cycle. Is this still too much? I just thougt my recovery time would be faster than usually!!1

if its working for you and you checked that link for symptoms your probably ok when im deep in a cycle i do some crazy numbers sometimes its just hard to quit i very seldom stay in the gym more than 1.5 hrs usually 1 hr if your trying to cut and its working hang in there but check out that link natural showed you just listen to your body ive hit it hard and decided one day i needed a rest took a week off come back stronger than ever i felt i needed a break and it helped. imho no one is the same some grow with less work than others some do better with certain bobyparts together you just have to find what works for you theres alot of people here who are extremley knowledgable take advice and check it all out and incorporate it into your own routine
