    Training correctly???

    I was wondering if this routine is ok??

    Mon Chest + bi+ abs

    Tues Shoulder Traps+ 30-45 min speed walk

    Wed Back and Tri +30-45 min speed walk

    Th legs+ abs

    fr Off
    sa Off
    sun off

    how does that look ?

    I dont like being off for 3 days in a row personally. I take 3 days off per week just not in a row. Here is my split, it seems to work well for me. Im not to sure about not giving Arms their own day.. I have gotten a lot stronger after switching from my 5-day split.

    Monday-Legs
    Tuesday-Off
    Wednesday-Shoulders/Tris
    Thursday-Off
    Friday-Back/Bi
    Saturday-Off
    Sunday-Chest

    Super if i give Bi and Tri together their own day..when would u add it ?
