I dont like being off for 3 days in a row personally. I take 3 days off per week just not in a row. Here is my split, it seems to work well for me. Im not to sure about not giving Arms their own day.. I have gotten a lot stronger after switching from my 5-day split.
Monday-Legs
Tuesday-Off
Wednesday-Shoulders/Tris
Thursday-Off
Friday-Back/Bi
Saturday-Off
Sunday-Chest
