the past two weeks i belive i have been coming down off a flu bug maybe but in the gym for these 2 weeks with same weight as before, i go 6-7 reps with my current wieght easy but in that last 8th rep i have nothing. Cant even move my arms, it feels like im moving them but the bar is going no were, like i just freeze. a loss off all power and strength just suddenly after doing reps that are feeling light. its actually quite frustrating i keep thinking it might be a blood sugar level issue but i dont know, all i know is upping my calories helps to an extent but it still is always happening and getting on my nerves.
what would you guys suspect? any input please thanks
