(either work traps with back or traps w/ shoulders or not at all)
    Wednesday -Shoulders Traps
(to much overlap with chest after shoulders)
    Thursday -Chest
(to much overlap with tris after chest)
    Friday- Bi Tri Fores
    Sat -Legs
    - you also have no days off at all except sun, Imo you need at least one more day of rest somewhere.

-with lagging parts less is more. priortize there development by
    1. making sure you have a full day of rest before you work the part
    2. Dont work any other bodyparts in the same day.

-so many people claim they know what they are doing, do you? are your shoulder blades pulled back while benching, are you getting a full stretch during your movements, are you locking out at the top or are you keeping the chest under full tension the whole time etc etc.

-if you want to work chest twice a week, although I dont really advise it, make sure you only do it sparingly maybe 4 weeks at most before going back to a once a week split.

-Last but not least, diet is key, not only Macros overall but things like nutrient timing as well (pre-post meals/supps, etc etc)

-Dont be discorraged, find what works for you! my calves are your chest, some of us have shitty parts and might always have them but you never know until you try it all.

    good luck, hope this helps.

    ^^ I like this advice

Changing diet, adding more rest and proper lifting movements will greatly aid your chest development.

I also use all the good lifiting techniques foreced reps, drop sets, super sets, partials I do it all to try to spark growth into my chest but the results are still minimal.

Thats great advice MFT, i dont think many would recommend the split listed above as shoulders and triceps are being overtrained or overlaping as MFT stated. Just like you wouldnt want to get a killer bicep workout on monday and then ruin the healing process by banging out back the next day
