tips to become more vascular!!!!!!!HELP
ive been training for 8 yrs with about 9% bf,
clean diet, my problem is no matter how hard it train, including cardio, i cant get that "VEINY LOOK", or that "THINNER SKIN LOOK" even if i run a cycle of gear,
so was looking for some feedback as to what may work for someone else, supplements, vitamins, diet, etc.
i understand some has to do with genetics, but looking for some positive feedback

When your bodyfat is low enough you'll see the vascularity. Don't worry about %bodyfat. You'll know it's low enough when you see the veins. Also NO enhances it.

i drink 2-3 gallons a day and have awesome vascularity 100% of the time.
i m not saying its from the water, but i ve been drinking like this for 10+ years.

Get lean... carb cycling helps (***letion and loading)
Also I noticed when I was sodium loading before my show last year I was the most vascular... I was taking in about 4g sodium for 3 days though lol

Lose the dairy products in your diet.
Drink water, green tea, and black coffee.
Carb cycle.
Clean diet.
Lift.
Cardio.
That formula works for me.
