Right now(about to start cycle)I am working out 5 times a week and working 1 muscle group every day mon-fri and off Sat and Sun Working 1 muscle group is good because I have enough energy to hit it very hard. Im doing 2 sets of 3 exercises for each group. But even doing that Im done in 20 minutes or so and it seems like I didnt work out hard enough!! Any of you guys try a routine similiar??
