ok so this is a 2 part question,
1. i read and heard so many different opinions whether or not to train abs everyday or dedicate 2-3 days to that muscle group? (lookin to really shread them hard for summer) can someone give some info or feedback as to if there is such a thing as "TO MUCH AB TRAINING"
2. Ino that spot training is impossible, but does anyone have any cardio tips to really focus on the trunk
