Thread: 3 Day split, Look ok?

    3 Day split, Look ok?

    Here is what my split is going to look like for the next 8week's..

    -----------
    Monday: Shoulders, chest, triceps, and abs;
    Tuesday: 45min's Cardio; - Would it be ok with legs on the next day or should I just make it a rest day?
    Wednesday: Legs, calves, neck-traps, and abs
    Friday: Back, biceps, and abs;
    -----------

    The abs program i'm going to do calls for 3 day's with 1 day rest period in between, incase anyone thinks i'm over working them..

    So, Does this split look ok?

    What exercises? How many sets of each? What rep ranges are you working in?

    You may want to split your chest and shoulder days.

    yeah, it could be ok, but......

    no one here will like it cause most like to do only one or two parts each session and also like more days off inbetween sessions not just sat and sun cause there the "weekend"



    If your dead set on this split then do legs on mon and chest/shoulders tri on wensday. that way you have the option of dl and sq each week and have plenty of recovery.

    (Besides dude, Mondays are national bench press day, go to the squat rack while everyone else dicks around on the bench presses.)
