Here is what my split is going to look like for the next 8week's..

Monday: Shoulders, chest, triceps, and abs;
Tuesday: 45min's Cardio; - Would it be ok with legs on the next day or should I just make it a rest day?
Wednesday: Legs, calves, neck-traps, and abs
Friday: Back, biceps, and abs;

The abs program i'm going to do calls for 3 day's with 1 day rest period in between, incase anyone thinks i'm over working them..
So, Does this split look ok?
