I'm still cutting and noticed I have no ab muscles. I will be at my ideal weight in about a month and I was wondering how long it takes to build abs that will show if I am doing ab exercises 6x a week if I have 10-12% BF.

At that bodyfat% I would think you would see some abs. As you lose a little more weight I am sure the abs will start to show. Most people make the mistake of just doing upper abs through situps, crunches and roman chair,etc. No need to over do upper abs. I do more lower ab exercises to help define the abs top to bottom. This can be done through various types of leg raises at different angles. Flat and decline bench leg raises, bent or straight leg. And then of course we could get into the obliques, intercostal, and serratus muscles on the side, thats another story.
