Whats up guys.. having some problems with my back as ive posted before... I can lift just not too heavy.. heres the kicker.. IM on my first cycle!... Im starting to get into the juicy part of the cycle.. week four... thats why i dont want to stop,... for this cycle im trying to get real lean hard and vascular,,, so not lifting heavy is not as detrimental if i were trying to bulk... So witht that being said.. Legs are out for the next week or two.. as is any back movements were i have to bend i e BB rows... so im looking for aroutine, maybe circuit training, fast moving, fullbody workout etc etc... any ideas?.. basically i want to keep the same intensity as i would if i could lift all out heavy... im willing to do 100 rep sets what ever it takes !
