    Pec muscle exercise?

My fiance has an imbalance in her pec muscles. Specifically, the upper and outer part of her right pec muscle that is adjacent to her armpit is more developed than the left. Overall the chest muscles are very symetrical except for this small area. Can she target this area? Any ideas on exercises to balance this out? Any help or insight is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Has she always had this imbalance or is she recovering from an injury or surgury? If she has always been this way, then it may be more difficult to make them equal. But if she is recovering from something then the one arm incline db presses and flys will help.
