Hey guys, Thought Id post a Thread because its been about 6 months since ive lifted/ate the right shit, since ive been at school fulltime. BUt NOw IM GradumAcAted!! Anyways, I thought it would be interesting to tell you how going from eating 6,000 cals aday and constantly being active, to sitting on your ass most the time drinkning and partying really SUCKED. IM talking 16 hours days in the studio! 6-7 days a week! Went from a lean cut 172 Lbs, to a flabby stomach white guy at 158Lbs. i Really wanted to post pics up, even though its so embarrassing lol, but i can't afford a new digi camera because all my money is being tossed at new music equipment, but sure you can paint a picture. Ill keep posted with my progress, and really want how fast I can get back into shape.
