    Im Finally Back!

    Hey guys, Thought Id post a Thread because its been about 6 months since ive lifted/ate the right shit, since ive been at school fulltime. BUt NOw IM GradumAcAted!! Anyways, I thought it would be interesting to tell you how going from eating 6,000 cals aday and constantly being active, to sitting on your ass most the time drinkning and partying really SUCKED. IM talking 16 hours days in the studio! 6-7 days a week! Went from a lean cut 172 Lbs, to a flabby stomach white guy at 158Lbs. i Really wanted to post pics up, even though its so embarrassing lol, but i can't afford a new digi camera because all my money is being tossed at new music equipment, but sure you can paint a picture. Ill keep posted with my progress, and really want how fast I can get back into shape.

    O yea, for the question part. My a**omen was hit the hardest. What do you think would do the trick to getting them nice and slim/cut again. JUst the regular cardio and ab routine? Should I even bother with the use Of Fat burners, im trying to keep it as Supplement free, but if they help to a degree would it be worth it? iVe never used them before because i didnt really see the need...

    Diet and cardio are key... not even the ab routine really. Gotta uncover that layer of flab before you can see abs.

    I've been hearing good things about hydroxycut hardcore, and I liked Stacker 3's when I took them... but they're mainly caffeine.

    Yea, I figured . Thanks for the comment. As with the Hydroxycut Hardcore, I read on here that it just makes peoples stool turn red. Ill just avoid that, and maybe try that Venom 3.?
