where do some of you guys get all your info from, I feel like such a poser when I respond to a question with a summary of a study I read in like a mag. but cant find it on the internet.

so what are some journals you go to, to back your shit up. Also do you pay to use them or is the info or at least the abstract's free?????

IMO, some of the best info are the unpublished ones

they come from personal experience and even better, other professional bodubuilders who happen to be your friends
