    2 Q's for y'all

    how many times a wk is best for abs?
    when doing cardio for fat burning which is better: slow and long or fast shorter?

    abs three times a week, alternate high and low intensity cardio. Just keep your heart rate up. I have heard H.I.I.T cardio is great.

    I do abs twice a week. Morning cardio with interval training (meaning sprint for 60 seconds/jog 60 seconds) is by far the most effective.
