    Workouts on AAS

Quick question, I'm starting my first cycle of Test,Winny,Clen. And Was wondering if you guys thought it would be more beneficial to work each bodypart twice a week, or keep doing them once and week and just beating the living shit out of them? For the past couple of years I have been working out 4-5 days a week doing each bodypart once a week. Just thought I may be able to get a little more intense/frequent on AAS. Let me know what you think.

are you doing the conventional bodybuilding or powerlifting or what?

    I'm powerlifting working out 3 days/week

working each muscle 2x's/week is way overtraining.

check out chest's/narks/faiz's/or my bodybuilding threads.

    good luck

Check out ironman's HIT routine or other HIT routines up in the sticky at the top. I love it so far but only time//diet will show the results. You'll be training muscle groups twice a week (***ending on which week) Ie; there's workout a and b.... and a and b alternate mon//wed//fri... it's a 6 week program were the first 3 week's focus on like muscle groups (ie say working chest and tri's together) were as the last 3 weeks switch around and focus on opposites (ie; bi's//tri's, back//chest, etc). read about it in the sticky and if you like it check out my routine. you could either use mine or switch around some exercises if you wanted to.
