    Can work be cardio?

Right now I am following Bob Whelan's principles and lifting twice a week. I have a fairly physical job (unloading trucks, 2-3 miles of walking 5 days a week). I would like to have 2 or so cardio sessions a week but it seems with my job duties that cardio is just not needed. What do you think?

Oh yeh, I am moving into a lean mass phase and my calorie level is now at 2000 and I will be adding 300 a week until I get to about 3200. I am about 6 foot and 172 pounds and around 12% BF. I eat low carb all week with a refeed every 6 or 7 days.

Your job does sound like a cardio workout. Check your heartrate once in a while during your job to see if it really is cardio. If your heartrate is 65 to 70% of max for a sustained period of time, even 20 minutes, then it is cardio.
