left bicep much weaker then right, help

Ok so i started working out tuesday (cardio when i wake everyday except weekends, lifting every other day after cardio and work except weekends). Today was my 1st day doing bi's, i was disgused and confused. I did dumbell curls (one arm at a time) and when i took my left arm to failure on my last set the right arm was still EASY to curl. I might have to use 15lb difference in my arms to fail at the same time. I don't want to do that obviously i want to get them both equal. Whats the best way to get them equal?

You started working out entirely this week? Is anyone training you or guiding you?

Everyone has one arm stronger than the other but that is a decent difference in strength, heavy back work will strengthen your arms and isolating the weaker arm can increase strength......

bump for further suggestions for you

    Your bicep training

Not all muscles are created equal, same goes for those damn calves.
    Simple principles:
    1. Start with a mass routine of barbell curls ascending weight.
    2. Hit each bicep with DB Concentrations focusing on peak.
Best excercise is using the incline set high, let the arm come all the way down for stretch and as you go up supinate the wrist as if your driving your pinky into your shoulder. For the weak bicep, grasp the DB on the inside as if all the weight all of the sudden goes to the outside of the hand. This will force you to use your bicep to curl in. After you do a set do an extra drop set for that arm.
In a month you'll never know the diff.

Yes i started working out entirely this week. I'm using a routene that i got off this site and I'm dieting well (cutting). I'm having small problems dieting since i just started. I'm not attempting to cheat the diet but my timings with my schedule and fat/carbs/protein exact amounts are not perfect by the end of the day but ill get a better schedule down pat for that.

Remember that everyone is different and you may require a different diet than the ones you see online. Once you find out what your body needs it will be easier to train and eat.

How do i find out what my body needs? Is there ways of measuring the info? i mean i made my own diet but with others input. I took my kcal (2200) to maintain weight and did 40% protein, 30% fat, 30% carbs and thats how i made my diet. Could it be possible that diet not work for me even tho I calculated it that way?

look dude im speaking form personal experience my left was way weaker than my right and also shorter too, anyway, the best thing to do is make sure you always start with the weaker hand when doing alternating curls or one arm curls, that way at whichever rep your weaker hand stops at ull stop the stronger hand at... no point in doing 10 wtih right arm if left arm died at 4 catch my drift?? Itll take time but eventually theyll even out trust me
