No. but a good one.
swimming is great. no strain on your body at all.
Swimming is great for cardio, flexability, strength. But not the best for cardio or fat burning unless your an ultra long distance swimmer. It is also not a weight bearing exercise like running.

I think swimming is a good overall cadio that gets everything moving, but as said not the best
