Im eating plain chicken breast( alot of it), pwo shakes, pizza..grab an go on the job, Chicken and Beef, black bean burritos, plain oatmeal ...all I drink is water, routine is, run when i wake up, eat something, then hit the gym. My workout routine: monday-friday, ***ending on whats no longer sore from the pre. Week, ill train that again, then go in order from their. Guess my biggest problem is trying to get the right diet for for my schedule. I grab pizza occasionally when Im at work because its all ready made, and Im starving. But usually Ill through chicken into the oven.

Include fruits and veges! Too many people post their meal plans and they think they are eating great when they only eat "plain chicken breast, tuna out of the can, shakes, etc" but those same people are actually malnourished. Fruits and veges play a big role in your lifting/cardio and body composition, and more importantly your health and how you feel through-out the day. Protein is good, but too much, just like anything, isn't good. It's stored as fat, your body uses water to convert it which can make you dehydrated, even though you are (or think you are) actually drinking enough. Add some carbs and fat cals. Your one serving of oatmeal isnt enough carbs to fuel your body's cell needs and your workouts.

It's hard for me to get time to eat during the day also. I get those premade shakes by the case and keep a couple with me to chug down during the day. It may not help you gain weight but the extra calories and protein will keep your body from going catabolic and losing what you do have.

I think you should find time on one day to pre make all your meals for the weak or atleast the next few days. And don't look at working at the pizza joint as a bad thing. Use it to your advantage, FREE food. You just gotta find the things that are healthy.

I work a rotating 12 hour shift at a facility. I’m on my feet running around all the time. The best I can say is plan your food out. Baggies work great on prepping food for a busy day. Normally I set out all my meals and prepare the meals 4-5 days in advance. Stick with organic foods when possible and supplement when unable. I buy pecans and almonds in bulk and add them in for snacks when needed. That’s just a few ways I found to help make it work. Pre-measuring also help prevent eating to large of a proportion. Just some tips. Best of luck too you.
