K Im not sure on this point, I know cardio first thing on empty stomach is best for fat loss, but what about PWO
I mean you need to restore the glycogen and glucose to stop cortisole prod. and raise insilin back after an intense workout but have also heard cardio after helps by keeping blood flowing increased oxegen etc.
Now do you do cardio right after you lift and then have your PWO shake? or do you shake then cardio (which makes no sense to me as youll just be burning it up again) I have read people doing it both ways please clarefy.
