Nice post! Read somthing just like this a few years ago but never got around to it as I just started doing DC at the time.
I think 18 sets for chest is a bit much for 99% of the people though. The way you have your chest seperated into difrent groups and hitting them all equally as hard is like doing 18 sets for all the heads of your triceps.
I also feel that doing that much chest and going straight to shoulders will be one hell of a bit of overtraining on my front delts.
