    Intensity through the roof!!

    What up guys, just wanted to let everyone knwo what my training program is goign to consist of after i finish this semester at school (one more week).

    Weight Room:
    Monday: Biceps/Triceps/Traps/Calves
    Wednesday: Back/Rear Delt/Traps/Calves
    Friday: Triceps/Traps/Calves

    1.5 - 2 Hours for martial arts - Shotokan Karate Technique practice
    .5 - 1 Hour for Stretching - gotta get back into splits
    .5 - 1 Hour meditation - im a loner, i love peace and quiet

    1 - 1.5 Hours - shadow boxing (with/without weights), heavy bag, and speed bag training

    1 Hour - cardio, calisthenics


    Imma have my hands full this summer...

    o and i usually eat 4-5 meals a day somewhere in between all that training and hopefully ill get about 8-10 hours of sleep every night, wake up bright and early every morning. I cant wait!!

    Wheres the legs bro? Quads, hams, glutes? Wheres the chest?

    that all falls into the bodyweight exercises, im not going for looks or proportions not planning on doing a bodybuilding competition, just want to gain endurance speed and power. I have some crazy leg workouts i do for cardio and body weight training.. i dont need weights

    He def. likes doing traps though.

    i find that doing traps and rear delts really helps with punching and arm movement plus strengthens neck... very important in my opinion

    Yeah I see that your training to be some sort of fighter. Are you competing?

    i will be in a couple years i havent done martial arts for a good 4 years now... its gonna take sometime for me to get back into it but i hope to some day
