    morning fat loss.

    hey guys I ahve been under the impression that you should do early morning cardio on an empty stoumach to burn the most fat possible. I am just wanting to make sure thes is correct since I have run into so much conflicting info.


    I wake up, do 15 minutes warmup..jump jacks, windmills, half windmills, half jump jacks... then run about 15-20min (3km). all before breakfast, get home wait about 10mins, eat an apple, wait about 10 mins then eat breakfast.


    Am i killing my muscles too or do you think they will be safe because of the big protein shake befiore bed?

    is this a good way to do it?

    well it all ***ends on your heart rate while excersising......and why do u wait 10min after you eat a apple to then eat a meal??

    what's the reason for that....

    Honestly, none of this shit really will make a huge diff. just get cardio done and do it at the appropriate heart rate like boosted said.


    If you wanna do it in the am then.

    1. use a bcaa or small scoop of whey powder along with a fat burner (if you want) 30 mins before your am session.

    2. use the formula of 220-age*.70 for heart rate, but dont be afraid to do intervals through out workout.

    3. Imediatly after eat your normal 1st meal.

    If you want to do cardio after a workout in the evening,

    1. Do all weight training first

    2. Dont consume your PWO shake if it has carbs until you've done your PWO cardio.

    3. once again use appropriate formula....

    Exactly, although I do not think one always needs any whey or BCAA's before AM cardio they will just be converted into glucose anyways.

    ^^ Its always such an ego boost to have someone like Giants 11 to concur with what you post.

    yeah, im starting to think that BCAA or pro before as far as for protein sparring is not a nesscessity,

    I have read that a bit of BCAA can help mobilize fat during though,

    but im pretty sure you've got a study somewhere that can say yeah or Nay to that theroy, Giants11.

    What kind of protein shake is it?

    Eat that apple before cardio in the morning to boost your thyroid levels, consume coffee or an E/C/A stack or whatever type of thermogenic you use (assuming you use one), do your stuff then eat a pro/fat meal after your cardio or wait 30-45 minutes and consume a pro/carb meal.

    Your going to have to tell me how/why/prove this, I never heard of apples doing this

    plus he shouldnt have to worry about boosting his thyroid unless he had a thyroid condition.

    dont you think the apple would get in the way of fatburning hence deffeating the purpose of doing am cardio on an empty stomach, I demand Answears damnit!!

    apple precardio for thyroid???? wtf??

    um why would you take in carbs and sugars before cardio????......

    t3 and t4 are stimulated by the actual cardio itself not the apple??
