im on wk7 of a bulking cycle its my 1st cycle,im happy with my progress apart from my vanishing abs,my waistline is stressing me out i know its hard to be selective about one area in a bulking cycle without affecting my overall gains,but im not happy with the waistline![]()
could it be a lot of water retention around my waist? i dont do alot of cardio, maybe 20mins 4times a wk,i was thinking of including clen for the remainder of my cycle
my diet is clean and iv only drank alcohol on 1 occasion,im going to do an hours cardio x 4times a wk and see how i go from there...
please guys if uve any further ideas id be vry grateful
