I hurt my arm 2 weeks ago working out. There a sharp pain in my left elbow. It seem to be getting better. Is there anything I could take too take the pain away. I know time off from working out would be the best but I hate to do that.

You probally tore some tendons in your elbow, you need to give it a little break lighten the weight and get your hands some antiinflamitory pills. This will surely ease up on the pain your expirencing.
I'm not a doctor I'm accident prone!
glutamine would be worth a shot but anti-inflammatories should be good for temporary pain relief
