I'd just throw some kind of variable of the exercise just to add a bit of variety...Thats what helps me break through those times.

Where are you having problems? Is it at the start or the lock out position. If it's the at the start (from the floor), add some deadlifts off blocks and romanian deadlifts, or snatch grip deads. If it's at the lockout incorporate some rack deads. Also I would definately recommend some low box squats.

my deadlift routine is pretty much the same every week except i will switch like 2 exercises in and out every week...but for the most part i start off with deadlifts, always do TBar rows(love these) always do seated rows, then i will either do barbell rows or pullups or lat pulldowns...my problem is that the weight gets so heavy i can't keep good form and i don't want to hurt myself so i put it back down, maybe my grip is weak but i don't want to use straps because that puts a toll on my forearms, i don't want my back to be out of proportion so i always go rugged and raw on all lifts, except for lifting belts...like my back will arch i can't keep my form good it's either my grip or something it is just too heavy though..

also i fear that my back won't be in porportion because my right side os dominant i feel it does the majority of the work because my right lat is distinctly sore as my left lat is not so much, but i think i will do dumbbell rows for my left side for a few sets and leave my right lat out to even them out..any thoughts? thanks in advance appreciate it!
