    Fat loss, lol.

My body grows in cycles, cutting and bulking are apart of the short and long term goals. They both have a role in becoming a BB.

Well, my current goal is bulking but I find myself I'm getting more leanier and musc. Is it probably diet or over exercising?

It's all about diet, when you bulk you eat more calories than maintenance and expend and while cutting you do the opposite and eat less. You need to find out how many calories you need to consume in order to maintain your bodyweight and then up the calories to go into bulking mode.

Exactly , but How do I do that? I eat three meals a day, mostly potatoes and eggs and some ham or somtime oatmeal in the morning, in the late afternoon, I have roast beaf or chicken with some spinnach for lunch. In the evening (or at night) I mostly rely on sandwiches could be burger, cold turkey or fish. This is basically my eating habit. I drink shake now and then or when I feel like it. So tell me about this calory thing, I don't need the brain of surgeon to figure this out, right?

Okay - you need to find a website that will give you calorie content of foods so you can track that. Do a search on google and you'll get at least 3 or 4 good ones.
To figure out what your total calories should be - search for Basal Metabolic Rate and also Harris Benedict Formula.
This will get you well on your way.
