    Pumped Volume (Muscle &Fitness)

    Has anyone checked out the Pumped Volume workout in the june M&F magazine.I am on the third week of it and just wnated to see what some of you veterans think of this workout or if anyone else has tried it. I am very pleased so far but very sore.I think it is a great workout and wa very well thought out. if your looking for a change this will give you results. I am taking sun. and mon. off so my body will feel better for the last week which will be a tough one.

    not trying to hi-jack but Junes already out?!..(obveously), I swear I've got a subscription and I don't get my mag till halfway through the gd month, WTF!!!

    first week are the 8sets of 8 reps and the second week is 10/10 than 12/12 and 15/15.

    you have to figure out what your max would be for each of the rep ranges and go about 90% of that. I just kinda winged it and made lil adjustments in hte weight or had my spotter help so I could complete all the reps, If you cant get all reps you just stop for a few seconds and continue until you get all the reps.
