    shoulder help!!!

    i have been liftin for about a year..my weakest point is my shoulders... they look very small and do not look big or sculpted... i need help and advice for my shoulders...
    wat type of workouts are the best to make ur shoulders bigger?
    and how often should i work out shoulders? once or twice a week

    i am gettin aggravated and frustated..this is the hardest thing for me to accomplish on my body...please all advice and help will be great..thanks

    Whats your current shoulder routine now? How is your diet?

    my diet is very good... for shoulders i usually do the frontwards dumbbells, shoulder presses(front and back), the shoulder flys..those are the main exercises i concentrate on

    and i always do shoulders on wed...i usually do shoulders by themselves but lately i have been doing back and shoulders on wed.. and lately i have been doing shoulders on sunday too.. i am gettin really desperate

    I do them once a week, the problem with doing them with back is either your shoulders or back will get the short end of the stick when training both together.

    Like I told you about your chest they need variety. Doing supersets, dropsets and forced reps will make them grow.

    I usually do one pressing movement and a lot of cable work and some db work too.

    Frontwards dumbells...? Your entire workout is probably off. I think that you should post your entire workout and we can critique.

    yea frontward dumbbells...when u hold the dumbbells or a 45 pound weight by ur sides and u push ur arm foward to ur face... for the front of the shoulders

    I say forget the front raises and other exercises for the front delts because a good heavy chest workout can take care of that (esp incline presses).

    Focus on military presses, db overhead press, lateral raises and rear delts (reverse flies). Like Kaberle suggested, do drop sets (for lat raises and rear delts) and forced reps for the mil. press. And dont rest too much between sets. Your delts are a small group of muscles, you want to fry them as much as possible in the shortest time possible.

    I do my shoulders with biceps.

    is there any type of pushups u can do at home to work and single out ur shoulder?

    The roundness of the shoulder comes from adding mass to all 3 heads of the delts: the front delts, side delts and rear delts. Most people stress on the front and sides so much so that they tend to ignore the rear delts...which really gives it that cannon ball look if it grows in tandem with the other two muscles
