    Why ive stopped growing

    Hi all i need your advice and help here, firstly some info about myself; im 29 5ft6 78kg with 5 years BB experience. Last October i started Bill Starr 5x5 intermiedate routine for 3 months and stoppped in new years. I was much bulkier than i am now had more strength but i also eat way too much calories. I think i got the routine right but the diet was abit out of control i was taking in more calories than i should have done, so in January i started a cuttin diet. I changed my routine to a basic

    Monday chest and bicep chest 4 exercises 4 sets of 6-9 reps
    tuesday rest
    wed Legs 4 exercise 4sets of 5-8reps
    thursday shoulder and traps 3 exercise 4 sets of 6-8 reps
    friday back and tris 4 exercise 4set of 6-9 reps

    My carb intake has been very low 100g a day protein 200-250g .My abbs are visibil i have lost 9kg since december but i am not growing anymore . I change my routine around every few weeks but no progress .

    Could it be because of the low carb intake?
    should i increase the carb intake?

    Please any advice much appreciated

    exactly... I have been "bulking" for a while now and with noticeable strength and size gains along with added fat... It's inevitable with the type of diet you would need. I've trained for years only to find out that it all comes down to your diet for your key goals... Well that and training but if your diet ain't in order then your training won't be doing too much.

    aka you stopped "growing" because you're not getting enough carbs//cal's to continue to grow and I wouldn't be worried about putting on fat if you're trying to get bigger//grow.
