Say you did 3 exercises for chest and decided it was time for a change because you had stopped gaining would you just change one exercise, two or just change everything.

you dont have to change th exercise, you can just change the way you do tem
Say you usually do 3x10 heavy weight. Change it up by doing 4 x 4 REALLY heavy weight. or 3x15 moderate weight.
theres heaps of chest execercise to choose from anyway:
bench press
dumbell press
incline db press
decline db press
decline db flies
incline db flies
bench db flies
decline cable flies
incline cable flies
bench cable flies
pec deck (i dont rate machines but whatever, its an option)
I'm sure there's more (make sure you realise they target speciic areas of the chest too...)
Just change it up everynow and then to whatever. Doesn't mean you need to drop an excercise completely. Just changing the way you do the set is still a surprise to the body![]()
