Question one muslce group per day?

I've been looking around this thread and tried using the search bar but i couldn't get much on this subject. I've been combining certain muscle groups with others in one workout eg: chest and tri's and other different combinations, trying to keep my body guessing. (sometimes it really hurts trying to give enough rest inbetween each muscle group.) I think that now i'm starting to plataeu. I was wondering what you guys thought about working only one muscle group a day hence giving lots of rest for each muscle group. Any inout?

I started the same split last week. Seems to be going well. I feel like I really have to hit that muscle group hard to make it feel like I worked out tho.

I do 4-5 exercises with 3-4 sets each for each muscle group.

^^ Keep in mind your goal isnt to become sore, this is just a by product of an intense workout SOMETIMES.

Remember stimulate dont inhialate. (Yeah I know you like how I spell)

sorry for thread hijacking but this would also answer his question... if your not sore does this mean you didnt get a good enough lift and could it mean your over training
