I bought this book for the hell of it; I found online. Its a comprehensive book with nutrition info, supplement info, and a 52-week workout regimen. The first 13 weeks consist of a mass-building phase, which is a 4 day split, 2 on, 1 off, 2 on, 2 off. The next phase is a power phase, designed to concentrate on strength with lower reps (around 2-4). Afterwards, you go through a circuit training phase, and then a phase they call ''rip it up'', which puts u thru a diet to cut up and get ripped. The book has a lot of information in it, covering bascially everything you need to know. Ive used some techniques within the book, but I might start the actual program next week. Anyone else ever heard of it before? What do you all think? Anyone tried it?
