I've got these "holes" between my collar bone, neck and upper traps on the front side. Could I "fill" these in with doing a lot of front shrugs? Or is it just my genetics?

if i am visualizing the same thing you are, the holes are inside your delts and under your traps and outside of your neck from front view correct? if we are on the same page that's how it's supposed to look
